Summer House on Romar Beach recently completed an impressive $24 million renovation, and we completely remodeled our condo in 2024. The result is a fresh, comfortable Gulf-front getaway with incredible views and everything you need for a relaxing Orange Beach vacation.

From the moment you walk through the front door, the Gulf takes center stage. The bright, open living area looks out over the white-sand beach and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Slide open the double set of French doors and step onto your private 12th-floor Gulf-front balcony, where you can enjoy morning coffee, meals with a view, or an evening drink while listening to the waves.
Inside, you’ll find a spacious, light-filled living area with plenty of room to relax after a day at the beach. The well-equipped kitchen offers generous counter space and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Enjoy dinner together at the indoor dining table or take your meal outside to the balcony and dine overlooking the Gulf.
When you’re ready for the beach, simply head downstairs and step onto the beautiful white sand of Orange Beach.

Things to Know
* This condo is located on the 12th floor.
* The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
* No pets are permitted.
* Guest entry is through a secure E-lock digital keypad. Each reservation receives a unique entry code that is reset after every stay.
Parking
Parking passes may be purchased upon arrival at either the Summer House guard house or the Summer House office across the street. Guests may purchase up to two parking passes at $51.50 each.
A third vehicle or trailer may be parked in the designated gravel lot across the street at no additional charge. The Summer House guard can assist with parking instructions when you arrive.
The main parking lot is gated and monitored by an on-duty guard.
Important Property Notice – Marijuana Use
Marijuana use is not permitted on the Summer House property.
Marijuana remains illegal under Alabama law, and Summer House strictly enforces its property rules. The complex has 24/7 surveillance and designated staff monitoring the property. Violations may be reported directly to the Orange Beach Police Department without warning.
Guests with medical needs should use appropriate legal, non-smoking alternatives while on the property.

Cancellation Policy: Eighty percent (80.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

About the Owner
We’re David and Rhonda Andress from Tuscaloosa, Alabama. We’ve been coming to the Alabama Gulf Coast together for more than 35 years, and Orange Beach has become a special place for our family. Rather than turning the condo over to a large management company, we enjoy being involved with our guests and helping them have a great stay.
